





Who is welcome?
Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to
participate and be a part of this excellent program. No
one will be asked to do anything that they are not
capable of doing, safely and comfortably. Our program
offers you the opportunity to meet new friends whose
fitness goals are similar to your own.
What are the benefits?
1. You will become strong, lean and slim, and boost
your metabolism with our resistance program.
2. You will improve the health of your heart, and
increase your endurance and overall fitness level with
our cardio program.
3. You will increase your flexibility and your recovery
time after the workout with our flexibility program.
4. You will improve your posture and stability, decrease
back pain and discomfort, and you will begin to develop
those sleek, "washboard" abs that we all strive for with
our core strength program.
5. You will melt fat, tone up, boost energy, rid yourself of
stress and be prepared for the demands of everyday life
with our great, total body functional workout.
When are classes held?
Sessions last four weeks and classes are held Monday
through Friday. Classes usually last between 45 and 60
minutes each and we offer three convenient class
times to choose from!
Early Morning Class: 5:30am - 6:15am*
Morning Class: 9:30am - 10:15am*
Evening Class: 6:30pm - 7:15pm*
*Class times are subject to change throughout the year,
so please contact us for the current class times.
What class packages are offered?
We offer three class packages to allow you to
customize our Women's Fitness Camp program to
meet your fitness goals as well as your budget.
Gold Package: 4 classes per week, 16 classes total*
Silver Package: 3 classes per week, 12 classes total*
Bronze Package: 2 classes per week, 8 classes total*
*Prices for the class packages are subject to change,
so please contact us for the current prices.
How can someone register?
Contact certified personal trainers Ben Carden or
Jammie Stephens to register for the Women's Fitness
Camp. Or download and fill out a registration form and
drop it by our fitness studio. Since space is limited,
classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis!
